Mark Sanchez is a Real Estate Principal Broker, licensed in Oregon and Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, licensed in Oregon and Washington.

Raised on a family farm in Troutdale, doing everything from milking cows to stringing up fencing, Mark's been endowed with the work-ethic that rivals any other. Real estate is in his blood. In fact, Mark actually first passed the Oregon Real Estate Exam at age 17, having to wait until his 18th birthday to officially receive his license. After years of hard work in between classes and on weekends home from the Oregon Air National Guard, Mark soon rose to the top, married his high school sweetheart, and had an idyllic six children home. In the early 1990's Mark expanded his real estate sales to include a thriving business with his own company, Area Appraisal Services. After almost 30 years of knowledge and experience in real estate sales and appraising, Mark provides customers with accurate, timely, and professional advice and expertise.
